The Green Lantern promotional wagon has gotten off to a bad start. The first trailer that debuted last fall was just terrible and caused such a backlash the studios tucked tail, re-worked the CGI, and eventualyl released some new footage at last month's Wonder-Con that did wonders for the hopes of this thing being successful.
In those bits of footage from the movie we got a few brief glimpses of Green Lantern Corps member, Tomar-Re who we also learned would be given a voice by Geoffrey Rush. Green Lantern is directed by Martin Campbell and will hit theaters in 2D and 3D on June 17, 2011.
