We'd say it's a real Police crime scene photo from the Sharon Tate/ Roman Polanski house circa 1969 if we didn't know better. There was blood splattered on the walls back then and there was also writing in blood on the wall. But even the drugged-out little Manson piggies didn't stoop so low as to string the victims up from the rafters. Oh wait, they tried!
Anyway, we have, via MovieFan Central, a grisly new still photo from Wes Craven's Scream 4 that depicts all the above in quite graphic fashion.
