Knowing exactly the size of the bear trap we're stepping into, we've put together a list of what we consider to be the funniest movies of all time. Sure, we know that what one person would define as utterly hilarious may be found in poor taste by another, or even worse... not funny. But we're doing it anyway. Below is our list of the Funniest Comedy Movies of All Time. If you don't think any of these are funny, or if we left any of the list, let us know about it. Who knows, make a good case and we may add it to the list.

Animal HouseAnimal House (1978) - Released in the late '70s, still funny today. Based on the writer's experiences in the Alpha Delta Phi fraternity at Dartmouth in the '60s.

Caddy ShackCaddyshack (1980) - Some call it the funniest movie of all time, others don't get it. Regardless, it's one of the most oft-quoted films of all time. That can't be disputed.

There's Somethign About MaryThere's Something About Mary (1998) - This Ferrelley Brothers comedy is often credited with ushering in the acceptance of semen sight gags in mainstream films.

BoratBorat: Cultural Learnings of America for Make Benefit Glorious Nation of Kazakhstan (2006) - Along with Crash, one of the most important films in recent history to explore racism, prejudice and the way Americans deal with cultural and racial differences. Oh yeah, it's funny as hell too.

The JerkThe Jerk (1979) - Mother: Navin, it's your birthday, and it's time you knew. You're not our natural-born child. Navin R. Johnson: I'm not? You mean I'm gonna STAY this color?

The Big LebowskiThe Big Lebowski (1998) - The Cohen Brothers find their way near the top of the list with another odd array of out-of-the-ordinary characters slapped right in the middle of an improbable situation.

Blazing SaddlesBlazing Saddles (1974) - A Mel Brooks comedy so cutting edge it's still not ready for prime time some 30 years later.

Wedding CrashersWedding Crashers (2005) - A perfect example of two comedic actors clicking perfectly. Rachel McAdams holds her own against Owen Wilson and Vince Vaughn in this outrageously funny over-the-top raunch-com.

Fast Times at Ridgemont HighFast Times at Ridgemont High (1982) - Responsible for launching the career of Sean Penn. Nicolas Cage also makes a bit part at age 17.

Old SchoolOld School (2003) - Not every scene works, but the ones that do are side-splittingly hilarious. A must see if you've been to college... or even if you haven't.
